Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Free from any damage or tampering.
  • Perishable items, such as supplements or consumables, are only eligible for returns if they are unopened and undamaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Opened or partially used items, unless they are defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at contact@nutralia.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Pack the product securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nutralia error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@nutralia.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email us at contact@nutralia.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time:

  • Check your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
